Authentiek Japanse keuken. Traditionele seizoensgebonden klassiekers maar ook originele nieuwe gerechten naar eigen recept. Naast vers bereide sushi en sashimi heeft Raku altijd ruime keuze uit bijzondere voor- en hoofdgerechten.
Authentic Japanese cuisine. We serve traditional seasonal classics and our own original recipes. Besides sushi and sashimi freshly prepared on the spot, Raku always offers a great choice of specials, as starter or main course.
Raku is het restaurant van een Japanse kok die al meer dan twintig jaar in Nederland woont. De vraag "als er nu eens zo'n Japans restaurant zou zijn" werd het uitgangspunt voor de zaak.
Raku is the restaurant of a Japanese chef who has lived in the Netherlands for more than twenty years. The question "what if there were a Japanese restaurant like this" became the starting point for the place.
Het interieur is modern en casual, met de ontspannen sfeer van een izakaya. Of je nu alleen binnenloopt of met een groep komt, je zit hier op je gemak.
